All Returns:
All returns require an RMA (return material authorization) number. Customer is responsible for all shipping/handling fees. 15% restocking fee applies. Returns are not accepted 10 days after delivery date. Unauthorized returns will be rejected by our shipping department and returned to customer at customers expense. Returnable items must be returned in original non-damaged packaging. All products that are shipped by SW Driveline Service is physically inspected, tested, package inventoried and deemed undamaged and in working order before shipment to the customer.
Non-Returnable products:
Customer damaged, installed, used, altered, special order, custom manufactured, opened bubble pack and electrical and electronic items, including but not limited to, electric pumps, switches and kits that include diodes, electronic monitors, transmitters, receivers, relays or any product that has electrical or digital contacts or components attached are non-returnable other than from manufacturer defect at time of delivery.
