Driveline Disconnect Driveshaft hereafter refereed to as the Driveshaft

Company warrants their Driveshaft to the original purchaser for period of (90) days from original delivery date.

1. Company warrants their Driveshaft against defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty is void if the Driveshaft or components supplied by Company are damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, tampering with, disassembly, modification, improper / faulty installation or other causes not arising out of defects in material and or workmanship.
2. Company does not warrant any driveline balance when the Driveshaft has additional customer owned components added to, or coupled to, by the use of the Driveshafts supplied u-joints and those components were not present during the Company balancing procedure. Single (1) piece Driveshafts that require no additional components (bolt-in-replacement) to function, are warranted for balance.

Driveshaft and all attaching hardware must be inspected prior to remove and replace (R&R) of original component/s or installation. DO NOT under any circumstance install the Driveshaft if any type of damage is present. Vehicle is not to be driven if there is a vibration present at time of initial test drive. You must consult the Company for instructions. Damage to vehicle and or Driveline due to vibration is not coved by this warranty.

Superior Driveline (Remco) provided shift housing, attachment hardware, coupler head, bearing, shift cable; weld stub and other components manufactured by Superior Driveline are warranted by Superior Driveline.

Company will either repair or replace the Driveshaft at Company discretion, 'excluding Superior Driveline components' for the term of warranty. Return UPS Ground shipping charges are reimbursed if materials and or workmanship are fault of Company. Complete Driveshaft must be properly packaged delivered or shipped Freight Prepaid to:

Driveshaft must be accompanied with proof of purchase date (original invoice). The exclusive remedy under any and all warranties and guarantees expressed or implied is limited to the repair and/or replacement as provided herein. In no event shall Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, any such damages for loss of profits, loss or delay of equipment use or other intangible damages.

Company reserves the right to make changes and/or improvements to the Driveshaft at any time without notice. Company shall not be obligated to incorporate such changes and/or improvements into Driveshafts previously sold, nor obligated to replace previously sold Driveshafts incorporating such changes and/or improvements.

No person, agent, distributor, dealer or company is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of these warranties in any manner whatsoever. Not withstanding any maximum limitation periods set forth under any applicable law or statute, the time within which an action must be commenced to enforce any obligation of Company arising under this warranty or under any applicable statute or law is hereby limited to the duration of the warranty set forth above, commencing from the date of purchase.

ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, AGREEMENTS AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF MANUFACTURER OR SELLER WITH RESPECT TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PRODUCTS OR PARTS.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, when an action may be brought, or the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or incidental or consequential damages, so the above provisions may not apply to you.

The foregoing warranty and the sale of the Company modification to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona (U.S.A.), without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and you irrevocably consent to and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Yuma Arizona, for the purpose of all legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this warranty and the sale of the Company Driveshaft to you.
